Used to come here as a kid and wanted to see
The new place. Food is just as I remembered and the staff was awesome and friendly! I'd come back more often but I live in Colorado. Still, next trip back home....more fries please! -

First time actually coming indoors, and I'm glad we did. Its clean, smells good, peaceful, great customer service and did not spoil my childhood memories of the Coney Island original. We had to take our food to go but we're planning to come back.
AND YES...
I swiped a paper Nathan's hat from a high chair!
FYI...no frog legs on this menu. -

Fay should be fired. Her and her attitude problem needs to go. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and she also doesn't know how to do math. Disgusting.

My first trip to the Yonker's Nathan drive in. Forgot my money mailer coupon.
Now, I understand why they give you a coupon for $2.00 off for your next visit. I paid almost $10 for a super cheese burger and regular fries and 16 oz diet coke.
The food is just not that good. The burger while large isn't juicy has a strong charcoal flavor. Hard to believe, but the ripe tomatoe and the toasted bun were the best part. Some Famous Nathan fries were crispy but most were pretty look limp, also they don't put on salt on the fries at the drive in. I discovered the salt package in the bottom of the bag about half way home. -

Went to Nathan's today and my grandmother ordered a hotdog and fries. After 20 minutes sitting at the table she went to the front to ask and they told her they would be right out. She came and sat down about 2 minutes later a woman walks over with the tray and my grandmother thanks her. The woman rolls her eyes and drops the tray in front of me. I do not understand why this is acceptable behavior in an establishment. She was not rude to anyone and patiently waited along with several other customers who were waiting for food. One patron asked if his 1 order of french fries was ready because he had been waiting a long time and the manager of the establishment responded by saying "cant you see we are overwhelmed". Two people on registers and 4 customers on line. Still no excuse. Horrible Customer Service.
